Customers NOT receiving any notification email that they have successfully booked rentals.

Ive had several customers lost, because they arent getting any notification that they successfully booked. When I call them (same day) as a follow up, theyve already booked elsewhere since they didnt think their booking went through. Why?

1008579: This customer only got a quote. They didn't click to book the event.
