Nicole Butler 1311117 entered contracts but view and send remain grayed out and cannot send

Sorry about the poor documentation on the latest release. As discussed on the phone, you need to move the lead to a Contract or higher status before the contract is available to email out. Thanks!

Mine is letting me click on email but customer not receiving the email

Check the log to see if the email was sent. If it was sent, receiving it is an issue with the customer - most likely they are putting it in their spam folder. You'll have to give us the ID of the lead you are having issues with if you want us to look at it.

Yes I have done that, it emails it out but the customers are not receiving any emails about a contract.

You'll have to send us a lead ID if you want us to look into it. It's not a system wide issue.
