CONTINUAL TEXT MESSAGES TO WORKERS AND EMAILS

IT APPEARS THAT OUR WORKERS ARE GETTING AN OVER ABUNDANCE OF EMAILS AND TEXT ABOUT THEIR SHIFTS. It almost seems as if they are getting one for every single customer/rental they have on their shift. How can I change this so that they only get one per shift, not one per customer.

That is the intended behavior currently, because in our database it's stored as a series of related shifts. I'll add a feature request into our system for a new type of email that would only send one text per "Group Shift."
