A client contacted us to complain that we haven't contacted her to follow-up after she clicked the "book this event" button.

Everything appears to be working here (you may have noticed my test. I've deleted the lead). She may have hit the button while her internet dropped out. A similar thing happened to me once while leaving my homes wifi connection ordering something on my phone.
