We've had 3 customers today all of a sudden tell us they can't sign their contracts.
Could you check if anything has changed. I believe they were all on phone:
Hey Richard, I was able to get to these contracts on my iphone and get to the signature section. I would make sure the click the box that says SIGN CONTRACT and this will open the section where they can sign and print their name. Let me know if you need anything else!
We tested it as well on android, desktop and iPhone but so just thought it was weird that we had 3 in one day...?
It is strange that it happened 3 times in one day, I created a ticket so the dev team and look deeper and see if anything is going on, I'll let you know if they found anything once I get an update. Let me know if you need anything else in the meantime!
