Contract Not Sent

Below lead created a quote, accepted quote but contract was not sent to them in order to make payment/sign etc.

This is one of 3 current issues we have with order flow/alerts.

Could you please advise if this is an issue at our end or IO?

It looks like the customer got the quote...and then clicked on the contract themselves. Looking through your auto emails it doesn't look like you have an auto contract reminder turned on yet.

"Copy of contract (for customer) " is an automatic email that has always worked.


Why do we even have to create an email as an afterthought for a customer to receive a copy of a booking?


If I buy something online, I'd expect to receive a copy of the order automatically

I thought that one was meant to go out after it was signed (which it ended up going out today after signed)

It should go out either way? What happens if the customer doesn't sign the contract?

This is a "Contract Received" template so it's an email that is triggered by the customer signing it.
