Can we edit IO Phone Emails?

IO Phon sends mails for missed calls and voicemails. But I can't find anywhere to edit those email templates. Is that possible? We have multiple locations, so would like to add a location tag into the email, as well as possibly adding an Organization tag, so we know not just the name of the caller, but what organization they are with. When we're not in the office, and the emails/calls are going to our cell phone, we don't always have the IO webpage handy or available, so having that info in the email itself would be helpful.

Hey Dan, we cannot edit these alert emails in the software, they do not have templates we can access. If you click the link from this email it should take you to the customers info but I understand wanting to see this info from the lead. I created a ticket for the devs to review about adding this info to the voicemail alert emails. I'll let you know if there are any updates on this, let me know if you need anything in the meantime!
