items showing unavailable (parent & 1 child)

We had someone help us at the convention in November with a parent and 2 child items (water slide, slip & slide and water slide with slip & slide combo). It was just discovered that the parent (water slide only) and one child (both combined) items are showing unavailable for all dates. One child item (slip & slide only) is fine. How can I get this corrected ASAP? This is our top 3 rental units.
