Is there a way to only allow a customer to select a 1 hour block for an item when getting a quote?

There isn't a way to only make it an hour, but if you edit the rental and click on "Advanced Quantity Options" you can set it so that it's set to "Always use advanced times." 7609879d752be860cc340119d579c854

This will make it so that the customer has to enter a "sub time" on the quote form:
