Hi


I do not receive email alerts on my mobile phone when a customer has requested contact me on IO, therefor i never know when customer is waiting for me to respond to their request unless i log into my GoDaddy email manually, I have had many request that have been overdue because by the time i check my email their event date has passed. I have been having this issue for a good while now and Verizon and GoDaddy cannot correct it, could this be something with IO if not any recommendations how to resolve the issue.

If you are receiving the alerts from us in your GoDaddy email, then the issue is not with our service. It sounds to me like you need to setup your GoDaddy email to work with your mobile phone. GoDaddy should be able to help you with this. Here is some information from them:
