Can't log in after this morning's security updates

When I try to log in I receive the message "Incorrect password, please try again." I haven't changed anything recently; might this be caused by this morning's security updates?

Yes, it's possible. Can you try it from a different browser or incognito mode and see if it works? Also try resetting your password.

You may also have to clear the inflatableoffice cookies from your browser.


Let me know if you are still having trouble after trying these things. I'll need to know what username you are trying it with.

  • I've confirmed that the problem happens in Chrome incognito and Firefox private browsing.
  • My existing password was 32 characters long, but the reset process accepts only 26 characters.
  • I entered a new 26-character password and received the message "DONE! Your password has been changed."
  • When I try to sign in with that new password, I receive the message "Incorrect password, please try again."

I tested it and it worked for me, but I only used letters. I'm guessing you have a symbol in your password and we have a bug causing this. Try again without & + or spaces and see if it works

Thanks, it works for me now.

Also, I was wrong about the lengths earlier; despite saying it accepts 6–26 characters, it actually only accepts up to 25.
