The Supervisor's goal is to keep your event running smoothly and let you relax more and enjoy your guests. They are usually the customer's onsite point of contact. For some events, the Supervisor is hired to train your volunteers to monitor the party equipment. The Supervisor then oversees the entire operation of the rented equipment. Others, at large events, see the value in hiring the Supervisor to oversee our staff and, again, keep the event running more smoothly. And, thirdly, they may be required when there are over 5 inflatables booked to make sure the event runs as we would like it to: with safety as the top priority.
