Train CAN NOT be taken on public roads with other cars driving.
The train MUST be operated on private roads, If it is going to be on a public road, it MUST be blocked off. The train MUST be driven on a flat surface with no hills. Under NO circumstances can the train be operated on a public road with other vehicle traffic. Failing to provide the above will result in the loss of your deposit.

The train is powered by a locomotive that pulls three passenger cars.
