Item Description: 20' X 20'. We do need to have an additional 7-10 feet on each side of the canopy for set up.

Based on our experience, 8 - 6ft tables and 48 chairs would comfortably fit in this canopy. For round tables, 5 round tables and 40 chairs would comfortably fit in this canopy.

Additional Information: If we cannot stake the tent to the set up surface, water barrels will be required. 4 water barrels are needed for this size tent for an additional $20 each. The customer must supply the water source for the barrels. You can add water barrels to your order after you hit "check out" or call us at the office.

Additional Fees: Depending on the situation and area, there may be additional fees for permits. The customer is responsible for obtaining permits and permit fees.

If you would like sidewalls, you can add them to your cart at check out, or give us a call to add those to your order. We offer both cathedral and solid walls. Cathedral walls are $35 each, and solid walls are $25 each. This size tent requires 4 walls total.

The price for this rental INCLUDES set up and take down.

All orders that contain one or more canopy(s) 20x20 or larger will also include a delivery fee regardless of the area. When you submit your order, we will reply with the delivery fee in your quote. 

If you are experienced in setting up large tents, we will allow this size tent to be picked up at our warehouse. If you are interested, please call us at the office for a quote.
