We currently accept Cash, Check or Money Order as payment for our services. We also accept Visa, MC, Discover and American Express as payment through PayPal. PayPal is the safest and easiest way to send and receive money online! A $50 deposit is required to hold your reservation, along with your signed rental agreement.Your reservation is not confirmed until we receive your deposit. Inclement Weather Policy
If your event is cancelled due to inclement weather you can either receive a full refund or reschedule your event to a new date. We can not guarantee if you reschedule to a new date, that the same unit will be available on that date. If we cannot set up the unit safely, a decision may be made to not deliver the unit to you, at that time you are released from any commitment and financial responsibility. However, once the unit is delivered, NO refund will be made.. K&D Moonwalks, at its discretion, may at anytime cancel the rental of equipment should weather conditions become unsafe for the equipment and/or its participants.
All rentals are generally delivered between 8 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and are picked up no later than 9 p.m. If you wish to have your rental for a longer period of time, additional fees will apply.
In order to insure that your deposit is refunded, you must cancel two weeks prior to your scheduled delivery time or your deposit amount is forfeited. Cancellation under 7 days may result in loss of your entire rental contract unless otherwise rescheduled.*

Returned Check policy: In the event that a check is returned to K&D Moonwalks for insufficient funds customer agrees to pay the total rental price as well as an additional $40.00 fee to K&D Moonwalks in cash immediately upon notice.
