Billing

InflatableOffice bills month-to-month and will not refund any money for a month that has already begun. If you paid in advance for services, InflatableOffice will refund money for future unused services. However, at that point you forfeit any special pricing due to the advance purchase and the refund will reflect full price for previously used services. If your subscription payment is not received, service will be downgraded to the Free subscription immediately.

Data & Privacy

We take data security very seriously and your company data is kept in a secure server enviroment and is protected by 256-bit encryption. InflatableOffice is owned by a group that also owns a party rental company operating in Akron, Ohio and surrounding areas. While this company uses InflatableOffice like you, be assured that your data is private and protected, not shared with anyone, and is only viewed by the InflatableOffice team per your request or for development and maintenance purposes.

You agree to let us use anonymous data for statistical purposes.

Liability

While InflatableOffice strives to keep our service available at all times, we make no guarantee that you will be able to access it at all times. There may be conditions beyond our control or times when maintenance is required that limit your access. Neither do we warrant that our service will be error free. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use InflatableOffice's service; or any failure of performance, whether or not limited to acts of God, communication failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to InflatableOffice's records, programs, or services. You are responsible for all equipment required to use our services.

InflatableOffice is not responsible for loss or corruption of data resulting from use of our services. We reserve the right to discontinue service or remove user content for any reason, especially misuse or unlawful use. We are not responsible for content posted by a third party. Neither are we responsible for any of your use of our services. You are solely responsible for the content and use of our services.

Indemnification

By using InflatableOffice's service, you agree to defend, indemnify, save, and hold InflatableOffice harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs, and claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, liabilities asserted against InflatableOffice and all those involved, that may arise or result from services provided, performed, and promised by you.

By continual use of InflatableOffice's service, you agree to these terms and any revisions of these terms.
