If a customer wants to book a particular unit and it is not available for the day that they request, is there a feature in Inflatable Office that offers them similar items to that of which they request?

InflatableOffice does suggest available rentals as part of the upsell feature.  We do not specifically do what you are suggesting, though.  This is a good idea, and I'll add it to our upgrades to the upsells.  They are coming soon.
