I know some of these are in the works because I spoke with you on the phone, but I thought it would be good to post some suggestions for the software.

-Inflatable office app
-calendar scheduling (be able to schedule dropped offs and pickups into the software calendar.  Not sure If this can be done because I am new to this, but it would be nice to also be able to see the entire days schedule with pickups and drop offs scheduled in.)
-if your are logged in to inflatable office, it would be nice to be automatically logged into the forum....rather than have log in to both.
-I think it would be great to get an email indicating that a customer wants to book an event that is different than what they receive that gives an option to request to book.  A short note saying this person wants to book this quote would work.

That's all I can think of.  Maybe there are those that have used the software longer that can make suggestions.

Great suggestions Jerry!

- App: It's in the plans, but it's not high on the list.
- Drop-offs and Pick-ups: We're working on some enhancements in this area today.
- Login: I agree it would be nice, but it's not high on the list.
- Alert Email:  Currently these alerts show up on the Overview page under the Flagged Leads heading.  You can clear these by going to the lead, hovering over the exclamation point, unchecking the box, and choosing save.  Your idea of emailing an alert is not too bad.  We may be able to incorporate that.

Keep the suggestions coming.  We'll do our best to get them done for you.

Thanks for the updates!  I do understand the order of priorities on these suggestions.  I thought I would just throw out some ideas that I had with this.

oopps......I forgot to list one idea that I already spoke to you on the phone, but I thought it might be good for others to see.

I think it would be good to be able to customize the survey (to an extent...just like the rest of the software)  that is asked after the the rental has taken place.....

We have plans for an interface for everyone to make your own surveys.  We can customize them now manually, but we only offer that for paying customers due to the extra time it takes us.

I do understand.  I am really liking this program.   l like that fact that you have a free plan for two reasons:

1.  It grows with the business (the plans).

2. So that I can really learn it.  I feel that a 30 trial period can limit the impact that a software has, being that I have spent so much time just trying to get it going with my information.

The more and more that I use it, the more I find that it is well thought out.  I have been impressed with the customer service.  Keep up the great work!

I love the fact of signing into the forum when you log in.

Could we get a tutorial or a thread on how to set up the load sheets? I am looking everywhere and can't find any info on how to get that all set up.

Thanks again guys for such a great product!!

Loading sheets can be printed by clicking on a lead, clicking on the schedule tab, and then clicking the packing list button on the right.  It looks like a printer icon.  It will open your packing list in a new window.

The information on the packing list is taken from the lead you are operating on as well as your rental inventory in the settings section.  The information that you enter about the lead on the event, contract, and schedule tabs flows through to the packing list.  To add items that you want to pack for each rental, go to that rental, edit it, and list the items on the packing list box.  Use a "return" to indicate you want that item to show on its own line.

We do not have a way to aggregate packing lists for the day.  Let me know how you would want this to work, and we'll look into it.  We are testing some updates now that will handle daily rentals better.  They should be released soon.

I think just like the way the calendar works at the time where you can click on a day and see what inflatable you have out.....would work great.  You click on a day and see what equipment (aside from the inflatable)  would be out or left would be great.  Maybe a side button on the calendar, just like the one where you can change the options of see what you have out in a day or have left on the calendar page...this would be good.

Just an idea...

That sounds like a good location to put it.  Would you use it for packing your truck, just checking what's available, or both?  Would you want something that's made to be printed or something that is more viewer/user friendly?

I think I would use it for both.  To pack my truck on the day of the event and to see whats left for planning purposes.

On the second question....both.  Printed for the day of the event (to pack) and to view for planning purposes.  I don't think I would need to print it if I am planning.

Ok, sounds like we will make it look somewhat like our packing list, optimized for printing but also easily and quickly viewed.
